The Super Foods Diet is similar to the Raw Foods diet except for these recipes is cooked, and uses a few more ingredients. The foods on this diet are considered to be among the most nutritious because of their high levels of anti oxidants and vitamins and minerals. By consuming these foods, the body is given energy to heal itself better and be stronger. Because the diet affects the body as a whole, it also helps to strengthen the heart and helps to prevent some heart and other health conditions. It is a change for better eating habits.
